How to Make Healthy Apple Donuts

For me, the first Friday in June (today) is kind of the best day of the year. Why? Because it's NATIONAL DOUGHNUT DAY. And that means I get to eat as many doughnuts as I want and no one is allowed to judge me. Basically, it's the best cheat day EVER.

But, once the holiday is over, it's not really appropriate to eat massive amounts of doughnuts on a daily basis (even though I wish it was). How amazing is that?! 100 pounds is a HUGE accomplishment and I am so proud of her!
