A lot of you may not know who Katherine Sabbath is, but you might recognize her colorful Neon Ganache Drip Cakes. Over the past year or so, her bright and playful creations have launched somewhat of revolution in the cake world.

These ganache drip confections have definitely become "on trend" and I don't think that is changing any time soon. They are amazing.

I have been in love with Sabbath's work for a while now, but this is my first attempt at my own Neon Ganache Drip Cake. The ganache is pretty easy to make. It is just a mixture made of 50% heavy cream and 50% pink melting chocolate.

Just heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over a low/medium heat. Once the cream is nice and hot, slowly add the chocolate, and whisk until it comes to the desired consistency. And then, using a previously chilled cake, take a spoon and start your drip session! and a spoon,
