Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Cookies


Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Cookies | Sprinkles For Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallow, plus more for topping
  • 2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter. Mix until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Slowly add in flour, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  6. Using a medium ice cream scoop, scoop round balls onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove cookies from oven and immediately add 5-6 marshmallows. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet.
