These ganache drip confections have definitely become "on trend" and I don't think that is changing any time soon. They are amazing.
I have been in love with Sabbath's work for a while now, but this is my first attempt at my own Neon Ganache Drip Cake. The ganache is pretty easy to make. It is just a mixture made of 50% heavy cream and 50% pink melting chocolate.
Just heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over a low/medium heat. Once the cream is nice and hot, slowly add the chocolate, and whisk until it comes to the desired consistency. And then, using a previously chilled cake, take a spoon and start your drip session! and a spoon,
