Prepare a 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Place white chocolate, heavy cream and imitation vanilla extract in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth.
Add pink food coloring.
Pour into prepared pan. Smooth with a knife.
Place in the fridge for at least an hour.
Make blue fudge the same way.
Pour over chilled pink fudge. Smooth with a knife
Sprinkle on the Candyfetti and lightly press into the fudge.
Let set in the fridge for two hours before cutting into squares.
Serve at room temperature.
