Leftover Halloween Candy Cookie Pie

Leftover Candy Cookie Pie | Sprinkles for Breakfast

Happy November everyone! I hope you all had a great Halloween yesterday! I also hope that everyone ate an inappropriate amount of candy - I know I did. But if you didn't finish off your candy last night, and are trying to find something to do with it - I have the perfect recipe for you today!

Leftover Candy Cookie Pie is the best way to put that extra candy to use! My mom used to make this classic chocolate chip cookie pie all the time when I was younger. It was actually one of the few things she baked (she wasn't much of a baker). So I took her original recipe and updated it for Halloween!

It's kind of a Halloween version of an Everything But The Kitchen Sink cookie. You can really throw almost anything in there and it works (I would avoid gummy like candies). The cookie is super soft and gooey and the candy just adds a little extra crunch and flavor in there!
